Dear fellow politician, I require help in the rebuilding of the Malinorian College Institute after our main political help, Prince Lafthi Sylvari (also my uncle), disappeared a few years ago. I request that I may be given supplies and a location, as well as some money to start up a annual pay for librarians, so that we may preserve our knowledge ever since the burning of our old home.

*A White Dove flies to you, Mythras Ardere-Sylvari. It holds within its clutches a cylinder, it is engraved with many symbols long lost in time, though as for those that remember. You hold your arm out to the Dove as it flies and lands upon your arm. It attempts to hold the cylinder out to you, doing this a many time before. You take the cylinder and open it, looking inside. A letter made of a soft, lightweight, but strong parchment lies inside. You take the parchment out and hand the cylinder back to the Dove. The Dove then leaves, flying quickly back to the private Aviary. You look at the parchment and notice a Crescent on its seal, the Crescent of the Crotania Family. You open the letter and begin to read, the golden writing.*

 

Dear Mythras Aredere-Sylvari,

 

It has come to my attention that you seek aid to rebuild the Malinorian College, I will gladly oblige your request. Meet me when you can or return a message to me as soon as possible. We will discuss how I shall aid you when you do so. I await your reply.
