Poor Ping While Moving

I've noted this for a while but I thought I'd ask everyone to see what I can get. ON lord of the craft I always get poor/horrible ping whenever I'm moving to any other location even one I've previous been on. Characters would freeze and lock up and chat would delay for ping tests for several seconds. If i stay perfectly still in one location the ping will eventaully go down to two maybe one seconds beyond replies. 

 

I can play other games just fine; (LIke league of legends which I"m sure uses more memory...))

I believe it's from inadequate server bandwidth. That often is the problem for a lot of errors in the server.

I have this problem as well. Though I didn't think I'd have to move.

The server's hardware and bandwith are fine, as far as I know. From what I've been told, it's supposedly the communication between the myriad of plugins that cause all the latency and ping issues.

Well some people have it and others dont' I'd at least like to konw /WHAT/ is causing the issue if it's me or the server...

 

EDIT: THE main thing that bothers me is it makes travel RP/chase RP unenjoyable as a whole; and thefact I can't use my horse for it'd be mute and pointless with how much ping lag I get
