You should send a reply, because I can do the wedding for you! There is a lot of interesting things about weddings and stuff, if you want to learn more send a reply letter!" Shi stares proudly, glancing down at his license to marry which he may have gotten a bit illegitimately. He doesn't seem to give a damn though, and scurries off to await the reply.
