Edict Of House Ruthern

*Approved by both the King of Oren, and the Head of House Ruthern, the following is put into place*

 

• House Ruthern is hereby revoked of their title as Noble House of the Kingdom of Oren, and instead granted the title of Military House. The head of House Ruthern still continues to hold the title of Lord.

 

• The Head of House Ruthern is now the soul Marshal within The Decterum, leading the Military Order until death. Upon death, the heir to House Ruthern will become the leader of The Decterum. If the next heir to House Ruthern is deceased or not fit to lead, than a Knight-Vindicator will be made the Decterum Marshal by the King or Lord Marshal.

 

• House Ruthern no longer has possession of the land where the current Decterum Keep is being built, and instead is granted the Barony of Cavan. All other land holdings are still controlled by House Ruthern and The Decterum.

 

• The title "Sword of The King" is appointed to the current Marshal of The Decterum.
