So, say character one is a rich fudge. And character two is not rich. Are there any rules on spending character one's money on character two? Also, the item aspect. If character one has a set of iron armor. And Character two goes into battle is character two allowed to use Character one's items?

No. You should dump all your stuff at Character one's home and go to character two's home.

 

As for mina, its hard to do, but best to keep track. Use a google doc to do so will help.

I 'spose you could wear the same iron armour, as long as it's not super enchanted uber-special armor you got made from dragon scales. ( Silly example ik, I just mean if character one possessed a unique item, only character one would have it.) As for mina, i'd say just use your best judgement on how much mina the poor character would have on them.

This rule is unwritten as it is impossible to enforce and really just a silly thing to think about. If you have a character that you RP as that is a lowly peasant with nothing then throw your valuables in a safe and roll with it. We need not a rule for everything, just some common sense for once.

 

If you are RP'ing as a character and the items of another are in your inventory that is your fault/responsibility and the consequences are yours to deal with. Cant just tell a bandit to give you back your enchanted diamond axe because "Its for my other character"

As Dizzy stated, it's purely common sense. People meta money here and there and as long as it's not a sizable amount nobody really minds. Feels more authentic to not do it though!
