His duties include… I - Maintaining the toll fortress in the king's absence II - Ensuring midget men do not occupy the fort III - Ensuring all men are well equipped for battle IV - Making sure all contraband is confiscated and cataloged appropriately. V - Ensuring that all traders have a permit to travel through midget lands. Regarding contraband. The following items are hereby outlawed by traders in the midget-lands, travellers who hold the following items may also have the items confiscated and seized. I - Redstone of any sort. II - Iron ingots/blocks III - Gold ingots/blocks IV - Diamonds/blocks V - Large quantities of wood/stone (exception - builders.)
