You are invited to enjoy yourself and take a break from your ongoing bickering at HALFLING-FEST. All are invited to come and enjoy a pipe and an ale! Unleash your inner hobbit with numerous fun games and contests... dancing and ale are included of course! Please leave weapons and armor with the Sherrif upon arrival. Wish to open a stall and sell yer items? Contact one of the halflings who are roaming around yer city right now! Remember there isn't any party like a halfling party~

To The Pointy Ears:

Dear Pointy Eared Bigguns,
You are invited to the biggest party of your lifetime. HALFLING-FEST. There you can enjoy the way of life that the smallest race on Anthos has, shogging, boat racing, and numerous other pastimes will be present. It will be grand old time in Summerset Shire, take a break from war and bickering and sit back and smoke a pipe. If you wish to open a stall for the event please send a letter to Fumble Willowbottom. If you 'ave any questions to contact Fumble as well. All are invited, it does not matter rank, job, or race. May you come, party hard, and leave with your inner halfling unleashed.

To The Greenskins:

DEAR ORCSES AN' GOBOS,
YOU ARE INVITED TO HAFLING-FEST! THE GRANDEST PARTY OF ALL TIME. HERE YOU CAN ENJOY GAMES AND COMPETITIONS SUCH AS ALE DRINKING AND HOW FAR CAN YOU PUNT BOLO! PLEASE DROP ANY WEAPONS OR ANGER ISSUES OFF WITH THE SHERRIF UPON ARRIVAL AND ENJOY YOURSELF WITH SOME LAMB AND PIG.
Halfling will not be served at the feast.

To The Short But Slightly Tall Uns:

DEAR DWARVES,
YOU ARE INVITED TO THE GRANDEST PARTY OF ALL! HALFLING-FEST. A PARTY IS BEING HELD IN THE HALFLING SHIRE, WHERE NUMEROUS GAMES AND CONTESTS SUCH AS DRINKING COMPETITIONS WILL BE HELD. WANT TO SELL YOUR WARES? CONTACT ONE OF THE HALFLINGS WITHIN YOUR CITY ABOUT THE PARTY AND ASK THEM! COME AND UNLEASH YER INNER HALFLIN' !
Hobbits are not responsible for dwarves passing out due to strong halfling ale.

To The Furries:

DEAR KHA',
YOU ARE INVITED TO A GRAND PARTY IN THE SUMMERSET SHIRE. THE PARTY, HALFLING-FEST, WILL HOLD MANY GAMES AND TRIALS. ONE FITTING OF YOUR KIND WOULD BE THAT OF TREE-RUNNING IN OUR GREAT FORESTS. IF YOU WISH TO OPEN A STALL OR SHOP IN THE FESTIVAL CONTACT THE HOBBIT THAT GAVE YOU THIS LETTER.
