Oren Tournament

 

Hosted At Cavan In Two Elven Days

[3 EST on January/18/14]

 

Events

 

Jousting

Ready your lance, and show your skills on horseback. Those wishing to participate in this event are to supply themselves with both a horse, and proper equipment.

Only attendable in full armor, this stage will use a role system if players do not have horses to PvP on. If so, both participants will do a roll out of 5. 1-2 is a glancing blow, no effect. 3-4 is a solid hit, which is worth 1 point. A 5 is worth 3 points. The first combatant to reach 3 points wins.

 

The Grand Clash

Each Military Organization will send 5 of their best warriors to represent the group that they belong to. Having two factions fight each other at a time, this event will progress until only two groups remain. Whichever group wins will hold bragging rights, and those five men will be called upon by the Lord Marshal to perform special tasks within times of War.

 

Melee Event

An utter free-for-all, contestants will rally in the center of the Tournament Area, and battle it out till one man stands. Anything goes, as long as no teams are formed during this event. The first stage ends when only two men remain, in which the second stage will begin.  

 

Once rested, the two remaining warriors will meet in a duel. The winner will receive 1,000 minas, and given the title of, “Champion of Oren”.
