Issued and confirmed by by King Heinrik Carrion I his Royal Majesty King Heinrik I. of Oren, adoptive dynast to the royal House Carrion, King of Oren, Duke of Renatus, Duke of Ruska, Duke of Salvus, Count of Corazon, Count of Rosemoor, Marquess of Koviran, Marquess of Kralta. Protector of mankind, Saviour of Kralta, Grand Strannik of Oren, Holder of the boyar cap, Fidei Defensor, and unifier of the Human Kingdoms. The Lord Chancellor William Horen III is hereby honorably deposed from his position as Lord Chancellor of Oren. 

 

I. While the Kingdom of Oren wishes to thank William Horen III for his service to the Kingdom in its time of need, it has been deemed fit that his focus should be turned towards the development of his own County and lands, and away from the taxing duties he holds in Orenian court. 

 

II. The position of Lord Chancellor will be granted to the Archduke Edward Winter II for his history of service to the kingdom and former incarnations of it, and his aptitude in political office. Creator bless this appointment.
