ixTec 66 Share Posted February 9, 2014 I think the mend spell was for the monks? It was for self-use. Not much use if we want to heal others.
Mankaar 166 Share Posted February 9, 2014 It was for self-use. Not much use if we want to heal others. Like he said he only showed a few spells there are tons more, Great work btw Tel!
ixTec 66 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Like he said he only showed a few spells there are tons more, Great work btw Tel! It is indeed a damn good plugin, I just would appreciate some form of clarification on whether there'll be some type for us.
E__V__O 2000 Share Posted February 9, 2014 No need to complain, it is all good and still in the building blocks of work which came across as "beta" but Yay!, magic!, worth the wait on what we have been done. Gratz Teli.

Evilbanana5757 154 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Actually, we've done it before, at Arik's request, too. It's totally something Druids can do. Wasn't it only for corrupted stuff though? o.O
BurntToast74 183 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Is their going to be any need for staffs? Oh and are tomes going to be created by wizards? Because i think it would be great if you needed to learn tomes from Wizards and Masters.
Booklight12 481 Share Posted February 9, 2014 only complaint... needs more fancy non combat skills A good portion of those were non combative. And this plugin is so people can use it in combat mainly. People can still rp non combative magic. Is their going to be any need for staffs? Oh and are tomes going to be created by wizards? Because i think it would be great if you needed to learn tomes from Wizards and Masters. No staffs are needed as shown in the review yet I think it would be pretty cool if for the last bar we can use an item in it like a staff or wand just of aesthetic use. For tomes he hasn't told the public how we actually get the spells. As he said in the preview.
Aetosion 2062 Share Posted February 9, 2014 @Telanir This is great, but as a player whose character would never use magic, I fear that this may imbalance server combat a little much. Will there be comparable improvements in different variants of weapons, and potentially less of a mana pool for these casters to draw from? Will mages be able to wear armour? Birdwhisperer 1174 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Wasn't it only for corrupted stuff though? o.O Nope, we can ungrow normal plants too. It's very useful if you need to clear a spot of land, or save a special tree from a potential antag attack.

Sentlit 108 Share Posted February 9, 2014 "Life lesson kids, follow orders!" *as he murders a pig into undeath and kills it again* But seriously, this is an amazing plugin. :D I really can't wait for it to come out. Nexus has truly delivered. *applause*
Telanir 6975 Author Share Posted February 9, 2014 only complaint... needs more fancy non combat skills There's at least triple the amount of non-combat spells present in the plugin than there are combat spells. It wouldn't have made for a very eventful video if I hadn't shown off these flashy ones would it? x3 Uhm... No Monk Magic??? Why so much favouritism over Druids? Telanir ;( Uh what? Favouritism? No favouritism was shown in this video.
ixTec 66 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Uh what? Favouritism? No favouritism was shown in this video. I meant by the enthusiasm over the Druid Magic :) Also, I meant that there was no mention of the Monks and any magic they might posses :(
