The Second Step - Seeking Aid

Throughout Anthos, posters are put up. They bear the symbol of the Scions, and a brief message.

 

 

"In the recent past, an order known as the Golden Lance has come to me for aid against the Scourge. Our first meeting involved a journey to the North, and the rescue of a trapped member of the Order. 

 

These people seem to know a great deal about the history of the Scourge, and are willing to give us aid against them. They have requested that more men be gathered for the next excursion - for it will be dangerous. This will likely be a highly dangerous job, and only those willing to take this risk are asked to come.

 

This will, as currently planned, occur in the next elven day. All those interested should meet in Lyu'lin, the outpost made within the confines of the ruins of Old Malinor. Bring your arms, and expect conflict.

A dark elf named Andor walks by one of the posters upon reading it he clenches his fist and curses beneath his breath.

"Bastards, when will they learn to leave the north alone."

Andor shows a face of disgust as he spins on his heels walking off.

"It only holds death, and those who seek it find it."

My name is Dwyn, and I am in command of the Gladewatchers, the Guardforce of Lenniel. I have seen your request for aid, and wish you luck. If I have men to spare, while still protecting the town, I will send some towards you at the expected time.
