Our populace is low and our nationalism lower. What few dwarves are here bicker and squabble over trivial matters. So today I have called to here you speak, not myself. I would like to know from you, the Dwedmar of Urguan, what you would like to see from me as a Lord, and the rest of the council. So far I've heard from many of you that you would like to see more free trade and guilds. I have taken it upon myself to see this through, and there is an area under construction in Kal'Ithrun in which we hope to house future guilds that are not run by the Grand Kingdom. Ah 'ave been a member o' teh guild fer a good number o' years and nothin' 'as come from it. Teh guild needs teh be put back on teh right course." First f'ing is tah guilds, need condense em down. If yer 'onestleh curious 'bout it let me know an I'll go intuu furf'er detail 'bout me idea concernin' it. Second we cut down e'ereh fawkin' excess citeh f'at far 'way frum tah Capital. E'ereh single fawkin' une. Why ye ask, cause f'ey spread us out. If folks want tuu live wif' tah dorves, f'ey'd ought tuu live roight outsoide tah citeh. Make sum 'alf arsed wall and build sum outdoor 'ouses fer anehune tah live in. Not onleh are ye forcin' all tah of'ers tah actualleh talk tuu us, but yer doin' tah mountain dorves a favour so f'ey can get sum fresh air. We needin' tah stop bein' a bunch ove arses tuu tah of'er races, f'ey got all tah spunk an drama f'at can keep us entertained. Sure 'alf ove f'ere drama is stupid but atleast it'll keep us from fallin' asleep. We can't survoive by isolatin' ourselves and barin' our teef' at e'erehune else. Third, fawk off wif' all f'is paper legislation bulls'oite. Sure it looks all fanceh but dorves should act a certain way cause f'ey know it expected ove em by f'ere -elders-, not f'ese fawkin' papers. We ain't 'umans er elves, we be dwedmar, if a dorf acts improper 'e gets tah proper beatin's deserved. Not f'ese stupid papers an court 'earin's, jus' slowin' down tah decision makin's wif' em I reckon.
