It bears the seals of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and reads as follows. “Lords of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, You are each requested to attend a meeting of the Lord’s Council in two elven days. The meeting is to be held in the council chamber of Kal’Ithrun, where attendance is compulsory due to the many matters we must discuss and vote upon. I have faith that you will all be able to set aside your other priorities. Until then, if any citizen wishes to bring up a point of discussion for the meeting, it is highly recommended that they use this time as an opportunity. May Yemekar guide you all, Grand King Wulfgar Grandaxe.” ((The meeting is to be held on Saturday 15th at 4PM EST / 8PM GMT.
