Exhortation Of Neutrality

 Share

Recommended Posts

Issued and confirmed by the Lord Chancellor Edward Winter II on behalf of the King Heinrik Carrion I. The crown hereby urges all nobles and orders not directly involved in the conflict between the Order of St. Lucien and the Free People's Sovetski of Ruska to maintain neutrality in this conflict.

I. Those nobles and orders with no righteous Casus Belli cannot participate in the war between vassals.

II. With the exception of this isolated conflict as permitted by the crown, High Crown Authority will be maintained.

III. This is to be considered a non-religious conflict between the religious groups of the Flotsites and the Lucienists, a direct product of the manifestation of two years' cultural tensions. Outside intervention by vassals of the King are not tolerated unless these vassals hold membership within one of the affiliated groups.

VI. Those who break these commandments will be considered for the revocation of their noble rights and considered for charges of High Treason.

V. The Chancery and Crown will consider and determine righteous Casus Belli.

VI. Foreign powers are to stay removed from this war at the risk of inciting the wrath of the Kingdom of Oren.

VII. Fair war will be moderated by the Crown.

VIII. Combat will not occur in lands declared neutral. No more blood will be spilled in the holy lands of the cleansed former Cloud Temple.
