He looks among the small crowd that has gathered, and prepares to speak. "Citizens of the Imperial City, the Legion needs you! We need your enlistment in our ranks, to protect Lord of the Craft's forums from evil and criminal scum! The time is now, citizens! Enlist today, citizens! The crowds cheer as the Captain finishes his speech, and rush forward to the enlistment table, eager to serve. The man gets out of jail many moons later, now a weak, frail, old man. He could not pay the fine and now has lost all his levels... He knows what to do next time.
