Rand Firmin lays on the relief outpost bed in tears of pain and anger. After his arms are tended to, he asks one of the medics to write a letter for him to place near the tavern.

 

"The Dwarves of Urguan are temporarily banned from the Sleeping Troll Inn after the murder of an associate of the Tavern (Exception of a few Dwarves). The Golems of Urguan are permanently banned from the tavern for destroying the interior and causing serious injuries to the tavern owner and customers."

After Rand was given refunds for all of the broken interior designs and his arms, he removes the permanent ban on the golems from the notice. The one on the dwarves however, stays.
