Acknowledging When Their Is A Crash..

Simply put, I think if their is a crash lasting longer then 10 minutes, a member of staff should post SOMETHING, SOMEWHERE, so that the player base knows. When it's back up, simply say "Hey, server's on."

Or you could check the status updates. Its pretty much a realtime newsfeed of LotC

Usually the staff (cappy) is really good at restarting the server

As if there are staff online at all times.

Check the status updates. I did indeed post a status update saying I was working on it. The downtime in total was about 15 minutes.

If the server isn't up you can just use logic and determine that it crashed... like the rest of the server. 

 

 

 

Also, cappy made a status update about how he was working on it... so lets try a little patience.
