Peter Chivay 2494 Popular Post Share Posted May 11, 2014 A town crier proudly stands atop a stone in the Human Capital of Kaldonia, ringing a large bell. Shouting different forms of "Here ye" and "Gather round" in a loud voice. The Town crier finally ceases after he has gathered a significant crowd, he begins to tell news of the valiant efforts of the armies of Oren. "Citizens of the Imperium! Let it be known on this day that did Oren not only best the Snow Elves and their mercenaries with crushing force, they had also battled a rogue band of Orcish brutes! However- the green menace stood no chance against the courageous and well disciplined Oren forces, proving once more that humanity has been returned to its most powerful state! Today the Empire didn't fight as Carrion, or Lucienist- Silverblade, Winter, or even Decterum. Today the Imperium fought as one for the greater good of man! Ave Chivay! Ave Victoria! Ave Humanity! " The Town crier is finally stopped by the cheering of the citizens below him, overfilled with pride and joy. Humanity was growing stronger by the day and showed no sign of stopping.
Samson Option 9652 Share Posted May 11, 2014 The Cavalry Alae or Wing served grandly during the battle, looking to earn the want of every man to serve atop horse with lance. Consisting of the Bretagne's Gendarme heavy horse division and the Visconti's Equites light horse division, the cavalry served in repulsing an attempted sally from Kal'Arkon aided by Orcish Warbands. The sally from the enemy was crushed beneath foot and hoof and led the Orcs to trying to hold out in the Silverblade Keep for a last stand.

Helbolt 129 Share Posted May 11, 2014 In the center of the Capital, Jacob Frost inspects his blood covered lance noting the cracks in it. Missing from the picture is the horse he rode into battle. He takes a deep breath and sighs heavily. "Orcs killed me horse," he sniffs loudly. "Only had it fer the day, was a loaner it was." He speaks towards two Gendarms who seem to be listening half-heartedly. "Go eat some damn halflings ye green monsters." He tosses the lance into a pile with all of the other broken weapons from the battle. "Wasn't even my horse," he mutters again.

ACanadianCraft (Nate) 682 Share Posted May 11, 2014 Proyce nurses a large bruise on his shoulder shamefully, one of the only men injured in the battle. A brick had fallen from above as his fellows ripped a humble Snelven abode to shreds.Jullius laughs; antagonizing his grandson, sprouting a black eye despite having not attended the battle at all.
