"To the leaders of Elevariran of your district. 

I come forth with a request which will without a doubt, make the situation better for the residents of your district. Let those of rank of Sillumir or higher, if deemed trustworthy, carry the key to the gatehouse of your district. For many moons have I seen and heard the shouting of mali, requesting to enter the district.

I Seth Calith, Sillumir of the Enclave of Haelun'or promise that I will only let in those which is deemed on threat, if I was to obtain the key and stood upon of your gate. I am sure all others will keep such promise.
I will await your respond, let it be a question, acceptance or deniel.
