I mean like You had different kinds of people but in modern times. Like cars where a thing. And all the medicines where a thing, I mean could that be a possibility? I don't know just an idea. And like what if the races where different human races. So like chinese and such, and American, White you know. Heh, I don't know just a thought. I just think dark elf with Russian Squad Automatic Weaponry spells badass more clearly than the word 'badass' does. As for modern RP, I just wouldn't understand it really. A lot of the tropes that have built this universe are really strictly medieval high fantasy, so it's an interesting concept but I wouldn't suggest it (lol).
