The Concordat of Haler’nor

 

 

Recent developments in the Realm have left snow elven kind at the brink of a social and political catastrophe as a consequence of the actions of individual mali. It is therefore that the mali’fenn have come to to The Silver Enclave of Haelun’or seeking refuge and a home within the Silver Walls of Haelun'or.

 

Let it be known that The Silver Enclave of Haelun’or, home of the Mali’aheral, does formally offer refuge to these aforementioned mali’fenn to live protected within the Silver walls of Haelun’or while also being bound to its laws and customs.

 

I. All denizens of Haelun’or are bound to the laws of Haelun’or as well as the rulings of the Heial'thiln and other holders of political office within Haelun’or.

 

II. All mali’fenn will be afforded the following rights and responsibilities:

 

• The right to enter and exit their district, to be later named, within Haelun’or.

• The right to fill a Tilruir position on the Heial'fenn of Haelun’or to inform and represent the will of the mali’fenn within Haelun’or. This individual must be a resident of the district of the fenn. To be a resident one must be mali'fenn.

• The right to remove any intruder from their district within Haelun’or with the exception of those brought in by a member of the Hieal'thilln.

• The right to depart from Haelun’or at any time.

• The responsibility to form a chapter of Elsillumir, lead by their own and by extension the Okarir’tir of Haelun’or, to defend the Silver walls they are protected by and themselves.

• The responsibility to remain out of areas deemed off-limits.

• The responsibility to create and maintain a list of snow elves in the form of an application.

• The responsibility to remain tolerant of the culture of the mali’aheral with a full understanding that those who taunt or deride said culture will be subject to the judgement of the Parir’tir of Haelun’or.

• The responsibility of all mali'fenn to wear a cyan arm band to distinguish themselves ((On their skin)).

 

III. Mali’fenn are reminded all crimes will be trialled in accordance mali’aheral law. Crimes of impurity being the most severe of all crimes.

 

IV. Mali’fenn are reminded they may only mate with non-high elves during their stay in Haelun’or. Those of impure high elven bloodlines are not permitted within the silver walls of Haelun’or.

 

V. The mali’fenn are also reminded that their stay in Haelun’or also is contingent on their continued political alignment with Haelun’or. They become part of Haelun'or.

 

VI. The mali’fenn from this day onwards to pledge to never allow half-breeds of high elven blood or impure high elves into their ranks, cities or wherever they call home. They shall supply Haelun'or with a list of all high elves who formerly lived in Fenn.

 

VII. The mali’fenn shall not offer refuge to the former Grand Prince Tundrak of the mali'fenn.

 

IIX. The mali’fenn shall acknowledge the concept of purity to be exclusively a concept of the mali'aheral as determined by the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya and the Heial'thilln of Haelun'or and as distinct elves, they the mali'fenn, are incapable of being "impure" or "pure" so long as they are wholly of mali'fenn blood.
