It's a decent clean build.

The earlier suggestion about stairs near the base, should be a tad broader.

A bit more detail and attention to the base would indeed improve the build.

Some of the beamwork could also be improved upon.

Particulary in the last image.

The roof, while decent in shape, is a bit boring in texture'n colours.

Parts of it also have slightly too blocky edges.

 

In regard to MM and Arab builds... It generally depends on the skill of the individual builder.

There's good MM builders and there's bad MM builders. Don't make the mistake of thinking all MM is superior or inferior.
