The candle in Kalenz' study flickered out as the elf finished his final strokes upon a small but seemingly ornately decorated piece of parchment. With a sigh he would stand and place the parchment in a glass frame before making his way to the gatehouse and placing the framed note there for all to see. It would read thusly;

I've been packing to move country for the last week, some of you may have noticed the drop in activity s of late. Today I'm hopping on one of those flying tin-can things which will propel me through the atmosphere to another city within which I shall live.
