Rp Time

I've asked in game how long a day is and I was told it was 24 hours, it seems like it should not like this considering some rules pertaining to aging that would be all but redundant if rp time was the same as real time.  

 

Is this true or what?

One hour IRL = One day RPly

Twenty-four hours IRL= One month RPly

One week IRL = One year RPly (seven 'seasons' or months)
