Help Needed: Connection Issue

Hello, recently, when I try to join the server, I can play for about 30-45 seconds before I am kicked from the game with this error message:

 

 

I have tried running the game as an administrator, but it hasn't worked at all.

 

Anybody know how to fix this? Please help!
