The automation is all in place for donations linking to your in-game account. But when it comes to forums, it is still someone looking up the recent transactions and finding each person on our website (sometimes going under completely different names) and changing their tag.

Not a particularly fun thing to have to do. So posting on that thread is the best thing you can do so that they are able to link up a transaction record to the right forum member.
