- Farming village under Pravets -



A small town across from the independent town of Pravets has been recently fixed up by vassals of the Lord of Pravets; Roy Carrion. The empty village once lived in by Kha and owned by Samuel A., has generously offered the land to Roy Carrion in year 1471; the year Pravets began. The village was beginning to become overgrown with plant-life, the farmland slowly being taken over by weeds and the unchecked houses slowly falling in on themselves. Ilaustius Horen took the initiative once he had spoken to Roy and made his way to clean up the dying village. He took some of his own men and some of Pravets’ own workers to begin reconstruction on the farming village. Now that reconstruction is underway the small farming village named ‘Pobblebonk’ is looking for able-bodied farmers and those wishing to become farmers that are willing and able to become citizens of Pobblebonk. Send a letter by means of courier or bird to Ilaustius Horen (Omnyaxle) at Pravets or leave a notice (Post on this thread).


I. Housing

Housing will be provided for a small fee of 125 minas and new citizens will be tax-free for one Saint’s Week. Every week farmers are required to pay a miniscule 50 mina tax for Housing and to ensure their House is kept in top shape.


II. Farmer Quota

Citizens will however be required to meet a small quota to fulfil the needs and stock Pravets, but once the quota is met the farmers may continue to harvest to their own delight being allowed to sell, eat or stock their goods. Farmers receive a payment of 200 minas upon completion of their quota and receive a quota to complete once every Saint’s Week.


III. Special Events

Farmers that participate in special planned events by the independent town of Pravets will only pay half the tax they normally would that saint’s week. These special events include Feasts, Trade Fairs and Festivals.
