The Grand King isn't the supreme power, we live in a democracy. How am I as grand marshal supposed to restore the legion if my decisions are undermined?

Vorstag then responds to the odd amount of people who got a letter addressed to the Thanes only.

"The people have spoken, I retract my proposal, they're opinions out shadow mine."
