Lord Ireheart sits at his Thane Throne with many a young beardling scribe working through dusty books and ageing scrolls. After looking over multiple letters and reflecting on the thanes meeting of that day. He rubs his face and orders some scribes to to write up a letter while he takes a sip of his ale and whipes his face.

"Te' feck 'es dis' even fer.. weh signed 'ah treateh fer 'ah reason, n' dese bastards all go n' attack each oda'."

He sends out a letter, inviting the
Konig of Aesterwald, King of Akovia, Rex of the Rexdom of Kurgmar and the current Premier of Renatus. It reads...

"Dear Konig of Aesterwald/Rex/Premier of Renatus/King of Akovia/Friend of Malinor...

Its come to the attention of the Grand Kingdom a great tragedy may come to take place in the destabilisation of the treaty regarding Akovia. The Grand Kingdom formally invites diplomats from your nations of indeed yourself to address the thanes council on the nature of the conflict so that a inform decision can be made, and indeed if a court as established by the treaty needs to be established.

The meetings shall be happening in four stone days where diplomats of the Grand Kingdom along with thanes will be available and set aside time to meet with your representatives, lest you wish to represent yourself.

A response regarding a time in which you will be available would be most appreciated.

Yours Truely, Lord Lori Ireheart."

So, sunday 21st if you could organise times that would be great guys. I shall be available most of the day, being a sunday and all. Do respond on this post, and the letter would be made somewhat public in the Grand Kingdom's action from the thanes meeting.

"Dear Lord Lori"

"I fully intend on attending the meeting of peace between the treaty nations, I hope that we together can ensure that peace is brought upon all the treaty nations so we may refocus this aggression against the true enemy that looms over all our heads. Give me an exact time and date and place for the Renatian delegation for this peace conference and I will attend personally."

"A simple reminder to all those who may have forgotten, the peace meeting will be hosted in Kal'Karaad this very stone day. All delegations are expected to attend in order to consider the issues surrounding the recent fighting between treaty parties. We also ask that any who attend refrain from coming armed to the peace meeting."

The Vice-Chancellor of the Curia sends a letter adorned with the Palatine seal to the Thanes' Council.

"To the esteemed Dwarves of Urguan,

The Holy Palatinate humbly requests a seat at the diplomatic negotiations to properly represent the state. In regards to the issue, the High Pontiff wishes to see this situation settled reasonably and peacefully. As the Vice-Chancellor of the Palatinate, I would be attending in place of the temporarily absent High Pontiff.
