It is the duty of any serious follower of the high elven ideal to exercise their mind. The art of Chess is the art of the mind, and so it follows a follower of the high elven ideal will be capable of playing chess, as will any elf of the Gentle-Elf's League.

 

To participate in this opening friendly tournament elves ought show up to the Inn of Haelun'or in precisely 2 hours and twenty minutes. The format shall be decided upon the assembly of all who intend to play.

In the future if you wish to schedule said games and invite others outside of Haelun'or I recommend doing so  further in advance. Likewise I am sure those outside of Haelun'or would be welcome to test their skill in a game of wits. That being said I am glad to see others becoming involved with the society.
