Citadel of Montfort

Housing and Work

The Citadel of Montfort, the home to the House of the same name has been growing in size and in trade. Gaining it’s name in the political and social context, it is known for it’s trade and prosperity, but also for it’s safety and proficient troops.

As of the expansion of the Citadel and the granting of new farmland, more homes and jobs are available for the public. Anyone of any race or culture is allowed to live in Montfort.

To those who want to seek a peaceful and pious life, Montfort owns farms and hovels right by the capital of the Church of the True Canon, Cyriaum. These homes are free and will be given to any who seeks to plough the land and harvest the fields.

To those who instead wish to inhabit the Citadel of Montfort, a free home will be also given as long as you comply to make it your primary home. By living in town you may have your own shop and start or grow your business, Paul de Montfort is always receiving to have new merchants to work with him. By living in town you cannot harvest the fields as they are for those who live by them.

To those who seek to establish themselves as guardsmen, you shall also receive a home and a uniform, and in times of war a set of armor. Pay may be arranged for those who show high skills in the art of war.
