What is roleplaying?: Taking on the Role of your in game character and following the in-game role and speaking in a role play style way fitting the age and setting of the lore. basicly putting your self into the world your character is in. 

What is metagaming?: using knowledge that would not be known IC. or the use of knowledge found outside of the game eg. using google to find something out and using it  in game which would not be possible for your character to know.

What is powergaming?: forcing an action without letting people respond. or abusing the in game mechanics to get to places not possible by the character it self.

Biography : Duncan Lancaster was a child left alone on a pirate ship , never knew his mother or father but the captain of the ship decided to keep him as a young apprentice because he saw the pirate spark in his eyes . yet the boy was never allowed leave the ship for a strange reason, he would sneak out on various occasions to sneak around the market near ports and perhaps steal him self a few apples or oranges, he never knew the captain used to watch him, since his young years he was already a self trained thief . 

 

Growing up was hard since the crew would often push him around and call him the captains parrot, and play dirty tricks on him. it was always Duncan's Dream to have his own ship and his own crew, and he loved sailing with the captain. But something was missing, his loss of parents had always bothered him, and one day he sneaked out of the ship when it had anchored near the isles of Athera, and he set out on an adventure to seek the truth behind his loss of parents and how he was left on the ship. and since that day the captain had never seen him or heard of him ever again. 

 

Ambitions: find the truth of who he really is . with a side goal of becoming a captain on a pirate ship and finding the truth behind lost parents.

 

Strengths/Talents: Stealth and ... well stealing stuff. also a good swimmer.

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Duncan is insecure about meeting new people. his weakness was always trusting people. he is also allergic to peanuts.

Appearance : Average height . (about 1,75 meters tall) light brown hair . weighs 75kg and has green eyes.
