Text Based Combat With Second Rp Character

I just wanted to ask, since it's not in the rules, if another character is a part of your roleplay, are you allowed to use that character in text based combat? I was in an RP fight and I used the character. Since it's not in the rules, I just want to make sure.

Here is my app as proof Maya, my characters little sister, is in the RP.

I think it's based on the person you're fighting. If they don't want you to , respect that choice. If they let you , be cool.

I think your question is getting confused and so the answers aren't quite hitting it.

You can have ALT minecraft accounts, which require an ALT account application. Is much easier than the normal application. Or on your user you can have a number of different PERSONA's which are separate characters. All are treated as completely individual entities.

You are expected to play all your own characters (no one else can play on your MC login for you as this becomes the ban report excuse of "oh, my brother was logged on as me"). And you should only be one of your characters at any given time, even if you have the ability to log on to two different computers. You shouldn't RP with yourself. It just creates a potential for rule-breaking.

So if you are wanting to have RP with one of your own characters, you should probably hand the character over to someone else or possibly just have an NPC or set of blocks to temporarily represent character 2. It really isn't against any rules, but you should be wary of grey areas. Only do it when you think it is necessary. And only be logged in to one account at a time (use [!] emotes for the other character for example).
