But it's harder than you think. An Orc's culture is a lot more strict then that of what made the Snow Elves. Most people who nomad away from the Uzg are usually deemed as whitewashes for abandoning their clan/brothers/sisters. It would be rather hard to explain why in the first place they moved from the desert, in which they lived for THOUSANDS of years, to the exact opposite environment. The Orcs know the desert, they usually don't know the tundras. Just try explaining it the best you can.
