Is there a problem with liking to play characters whom are attuned to cold climates? I hate playing a human due to the fact that I've had terrible experiences with them OOCly. So what? He wants to make his own orc clan. The big deal is..?

 

Glasses, go ahead and make the clan. It'd be pretty cool, just don't make it a subrace.
