If done right, I don't see why a clan of pale orc's couldn't find their home in some tundra/mountain area. This being said, I think we can be a bit more discrete rather than outright naming them Snow Orc's.

Okay so if you make a clan of orcs, who wear heavy pelts and live in the snow do it. Each orc clan is different and unique culturally. Like Lurs take hunting as their main profession while doms do shamanry. So have fun.
