These are good and work well, thanks gm you did some thing right ;D. Only question is tnt allowed in raids? Or what's the stand on that?

I like the warclaim rules. Good job staff! (y)

Thanks! The development of these new rules were unique, as their creation was supported by a team of 10-20 players chosen from each race for their expertise in warfare and military RP. I think the process was important, as it set legitimate precedent that incorporating players at the ground-level of policy-making decisions results in policies that are well-recieved and in-touch with the wants and needs of the playerbase in general.

Is there a limit as to how many times a conquest WC can be denied?

In short, no. Instead of limiting denials, we opted to allow aggressors choose to have denied conquests default to pillage claims. In that way, a warclaim cannot be denied, only the transfer of the land perms can be.

Thanks to you and all for your support on the new rules! TNT is a grey area that a lot of debate occurred over. For now, it is allowed in warclaims and governed by a new plugin (thanks dev team!) that enables TNT/ladders in a warclaim region without changing build:deny or build:allow. Outside of that, TNT is regulated similarly to siege weaponry, and its use is not permitted except in warclaims.

Can anyone clarify the definition of raid baiting and why it isn't allowed

Going near a town or settlement or whatever in a group and staying outside of it kind of hidden. Then sending one or two people to the town to start trouble. They start trouble, get aprouched and head out running, where they will be chased. The ones waiting outside then take that opportunity and attack the towns people that came running outside.

Other variables: Staying outside towns shouting and taunting to make people of the town head out to confront it then get attacked.

It could also mean about a group of players going outside of a town or settlement and start taunting, or stopping others from getting into the town, basicly raiding the entrance of a town or settlement. This way it makes the town's guard have to go deal with it, even if it's not inside the settlement.

Pretty much 'baiting' players out of settlements to get killed or raided, or disrupting the town by being in close proximity to it.

Likewise if you enter a settlement with a raid force under a guise of "peace" and then proceed to taunt the ones living there into a skirmish. That is raid baiting. Why isn't it allowed? Because it is a way to skirt around the raid rules/cap and usually incites aggressive and/or trolly OOC beahvior.

I have been thinking and there is a bit of a sticking point within the tnt thing. In all our war claims the humans want to use TNT as they cant get past our stuff without it, see we dont want tnt, so when they put in there claims we say no to the claim as they wont backdown on the tnt front, then by default they get to pillage, where they can use tnt.. this seems like a loophole to me as they can ALWAYS get tnt no matter what we want?
