Dear Tailors of The Land,

 

I am looking to have some fine clothing made for me. I want nothing but the best, and so if you are a tailor, I want to receive a bird from you. We can discuss what it will look like, I will supply you with the silk, cloth, anything. Prices will be discussed privately as well.
