Hello everyone, I am obviously new here and saw the introduction area. It took me five minutes to choose Hello as my topic title, as I didn't know what to put!

 

Anyway my name is Zachary and I enjoy role playing. I am not sure how to do these threads, so I will just say a little about myself.

 

I love drama, music and relaxing with friends, what I usually role play as or at are various forums and chat sites. I feel more comfortable role playing as a female character whilst on content that disallow gay characters. 

 

Looking through the rules, I only see cybering disallowed and such so I guess gay characters are allowed then. 

 

I haven't applied yet because I would rather join a group first and then apply, maybe a family or guild? Anyone want a female character in their family or guild?

 

Oh and any advise would be great thanks.

  Welcome to the server! I hope you enjoy your stay here. You are most definitely permitted to have whatever character you want provided to stay within the rules of the server and lore. I'd advise you try and takes the server for all the good things it has, instead of all the negative things you may see. What race do you intend on playing?

An engineer is a great character to try and RP as, as it allows you to try and create your very own types of lore through experimentation and research. However, it must be approved of course by a Lore Master before it becomes official.

In a way. If it's not a completely logical jump from one item to the next, you should probably publish lore on it. For example, if you wanted to invent a pin-hole camera (as has been done), throw some lore up on the forums about it and let the LMs peruse. It's a great way to get your post count up and establish a name for yourself on the forums as well.
