I like the idea of the S.T.V system, it's cool. But how exactly would it fit into the Qalasheen? I mean, don't get me wrong. I see potential. But we do not /have/ a council. Atleast not one I know of, we have Ninja, who's our Caliph. His family, and Morvan. Who's our military's Amir..These are the only high ranking people I know of. Unless of course ymb decides to make a council. Still, I know nothing. *shushs himself*
