It's about time we started up a new one of these. Given I am currently Mentor lead and one cannot currently apply as Kharajyr to the server, any and all questions about the Kha' can be asked out on the thread here! If you're shy, feel free to PM me as well, or add me on Skype (My username is on my profile).

There is a Kharajyr Skype group as well, should anyone be interested.

I heard the Kharajyr have very enjoyable roleplay, but is very hard to get involved into. Could you perhaps explain to me and to those curious and reading, what the best way is to get involved?

I left the kha because everything was so disorganized and there were hardly any people to rp with, are there any plans to fix this?

It used to be that the Kha' were very selective, similar to the High Elves. However, now, with us as scattered as we are, it is not quite so. The best way to get involved would probably be to check out some of the lore on Metztli and how Kharajyr in general act, and then throw on a skin, just like any other race! However, Skype is also extremely helpful communication-wise, and I'd be more than happy to assist through there if you like.

It's been very disorganized for some time. I'm currently working on getting the forums in order, and a place for the Kha' to stay is in the works. I'll keep everyone posted when we do have a spot laid out.

Why is this race even playable?

Well, a long time ago a man named Xerdun put in a ton of effort to get the race created, alongside a bunch of other great writers. At the moment, it's fallen quite a bit from where it could potentially be, but I hope to try and turn that around a little bit.

Is it copied from that skyrim game?

Not at all, believe it or not. The culture is completely different from the Khajiit, although it's an understandable misconception.

The reason I'm putting in the effort here to try and make a change within the Kharajyr is because I'd like to see people experience a little bit of difference with their roleplay: the Kharajyr are as different and unique as any other race, and I've certainly always enjoyed it. If others wish to, they're welcome. I'm certainly not forcing anyone.

Why do none remember the Soul'Kha and his unfair exile?!

Because everyone from that time is dead. :c

The kha religion is a very interesting one, and I was wondering if I could make a character that wasn't very well informed on the religion, and if it would be possible on making him learn from a priest or someone else who knows a lot about the religion, another question, ape kha, if someone is an ape kha, how are you supposed to figure it out? without /powergaming/ or something like that.

An ape can be accepted within kharajyr society as long as they:
- Follow their religion and faith in Metztli
- Follow and abide by religious laws
- Follow culture
They will be accepted but some kha may not like you. You won't be treated as a kharajyr you'll be treated as a lesser but you'll still be accepted in.
