Mali’thill of the Silver Protectorate,

 

The maintaining of our purity consists of three major aspects. Our mental purity - differentiating between what is accepted in a proper Mali’thill society and what is not. Our physical purity - meeting the standards of appearance according to  Mali’aheral law. The aspect least recognized, however, is the /continuation/ of purity by means of reproduction.

 

We, the mali as a whole are cursed with barrenness in both genders, resulting in low populations and many empty cities. Despite this, for decades the Mali’aheral have been known as the most populous of Elves due to our constant diligence! This, however, is no longer true.

 

A massive population decrease has been the elephant-in-the-room in Mali’aheral politics, but since the recent selection of our Sohaer Orsino Acal’elor, it has been one of the most prominent topics discussed. The main problem is that Haelun’or has come under yet another plague of torpor in the field of reproduction. The spawn that originated from Kalenz Uradir’s previous policy have grown, and many other mali’aheral have passed or disappeared.

 

It is for this reason that our dear leader Orsino Acal’elor and The Silver Council encourages all (pure) citizens of Haelun’or to maintain their purity by maintaining the population of our blessed race. The Imperative of Reproduction has been reinstated as a Haelun’or policy and it is expected of you to attempt at every turn to spawn little mali’aheral.

 

As Kalenz Uradir once said, go forth mali’aheral and produce crotch fruit. The maehr’sae hiylun’ehya compells you.
