My Vip Is Not Coming In.

Nature of the bug:

Can’t claim VIP reward

 

First occurrence:

(Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug) I got iron VIP around 9:20pm last night, and still haven’t got the rewards. In game, it claims I’ve already got the VIP but I can’t do any commads. (/cprivate, etc.) 

 

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug:

Bought VIP and never got it. Tried to claim it in game, said I already got it. 

 

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally :[/b
