Want to buy Deadmans Rest

I am really interested in buying the dead mans rest inn. It seems kind of a waste because the owner never seems to be on, its right near the oren entrance, and the shop is never stocked. I take really good care of my shop, but ever since I joined this server I have always wanted to own an inn, especially in Alkhazar, but none are ever for sale. I am willing to pay every last mina I have. (about 20,000) If that isn't enough I will pay you the 20,000 now, and work off the rest, or pay you back 5000 more than what you want for it later.
