/tempban Is Being Weird...

Hi! So, I was recently /tempban'ned and was suppose to be auto-unbanned like ten mins ago.

I had a similar incident happen with a friend of mine who was /tempban'ned, but was never unbanned until I modreq'd a month later asking why he was still banned, and he had to be manually unbanned.

Anyways, i'd appreciate it if somebody helps me because I don't think I'm the only one who's been having difficulties with this.
