My minecraft won't even get to the home screen with the ultra version, help

2 problems you might have:

 

1. Your minecraft/computer can't handle all of those mods and shaders.

2. Remove the Shaders mod

 

I think it might be a mix of both. Try testing out Standard first or Lite
