Though I post this without any kind of higher team approval, it goes without saying that all event proposal threads are to be formatted as per Shiftnative's pinned thread that contains the proposal format

Failure to do so lessens the chance of acceptance and suggests the individual who made the thread in question didn't actually read the "read this first" thread in the first place - either that or they didn't read enough to know that it holds the officiated proposal format.

Any WIP (work in progress) events or threads that entail some kind of feedback belong either out of the forums in general so they may be developed, or placed in the feedback subforum
