I'm Saarty1 and I'm a new member to the community. I just found this community yesterday and it seems like a very decent one. I'm very eager to role-play in your server, meet some new friends and have a good time.

They are referring to the general cliche that, naturally, people would aspire to become a high-ranking individual or noble, especially in Oren. Although there's no harm in it, there are very few who aspire to simply be a good farmer or laborer.
