Alright, I'm going to do this in first person so its easier to read, and write. My name is Tadpradel, and I'm an anthropomorphic sheep. I was once a human, in the days of old. I was a sheep herder. One day I stumbled across murder. Thy lords wife had committed adultry, and thy lord had her killed. She was killed in my lands, and infront of me. I had been herding my sheep through the fields back to the fenced areas, since a storm was coming quickly. Upon seeing me, the highered killer quickly captured me. Gagged and tied, I was delivered to thy lord.

Laying on my side, before he who had taken my money, taken my crops, killed my sheep. He who provided me with land, only to burn it for his own sick humor. I was frowning. I was certain that I would be murdered. He ordered me to his dungeon after discussion with an adviser. The word "Gallows" appeared several times. I knew this was my death, but upon instinct, I knew I had to escape. The cells were cramped, and moist. Disgusting to be in. But one thing I noticed was the grid bars to the top of the cell, which acted as both a drainage for the outside, and an air-hole for the cell. The bars were very old, and with my strength, from growing up on a farm, I was able to barely pull one to the side, and torq another away. With that, I made my escape.

To make a long story short, of going through the estate, I eventually made my way back to my farm. I knew I could not stay here long, so I quickly packed my things. Several days after being on the road, I came across a merchant. Who stated that he had seen several men, armed, looking for a man with my description. In a hurry, I ran. To be my luck, there was a small village nearby, of which I took short residence, but where as I found an old magi. Her skin barely hung from her bones, she was already blind, and her feeble fingers barely grasped her walking staff. In an odd, creepy way she looked up at me, with her pale white, lifeless eyes, she told me she knew, and she could help. She knew of my passion, and my love for nature. She knew of my life, my past, my job. She knew I knew a sheep, inside and out. For how they feel, how they live. She offered me a way out. But it would be both a blessing and a curse. I would never be accepted by society again, but I would be free.

That night an incantation took place. Dark magic phased around us. In a flash, I was knocked out. Upon waking up, I was in grass, a pasture. I was a sheep. After several days I learned I could morph back and forth, near on command. But I always had to return to sheep form at night. Meaning I could never be with humans ever, without exposing my secret. Now I simply explore, adventure, and search for a life in this cruel, unfair world.

Your tale intrigues me, shape shifter.

Know that there is always a place for you at the Cloud Temple should you yearn for acceptance and understanding.

Your skill set would be valued among us and you would be free to live out your life relatively unhindered.

Just something to consider should you ever desire such

Future Assassin Sheep:

Tapradel: "Baaaa! Suffocate in my wool! Taste my foot!"

You're right, but a useful disguise.

You all forget the aspects of shapeshifting, while I will pose as a shape, many-a-time, I am also ignored from most humans. If my target is near, I simply morph back, assassin him, and go back to my sheep ways. No one the wiser, no evidence to set blame.

'Tis a good point. But who said he would do killing in sheep form? Unless you could do that. That would be pretty impressive.

You think it's strange now, but imagine in the realm, where sheeps are common. A sheep is the best disguise, 'fore no one kills a sheep, simply harvests the wool.
