I truly apologize, it has been hectic since the boat trips, as you may know. I will not waste ink, so let us start. The following election is based on voting in a single Elder to lead the Halflings through our time. The Elder will remain in power until he A.) Declares he is unfit to lead and steps down B.) Dies, or C.) is Ousted because he's a weak spined fool. In order to run for Elder -Must be of age 33 or older. -Must be mentally sound -Must be a pure Halfling (No Faiz you can't run) -Must be proper In order to vote for Elder -Must be a proper Halfling -Must be of age 33 or older. -Must be alive (Stop voting Bili) -Must reside in the village (No, you don't need to own a burrow, just reside within the village/apart of the community) Special privilege is given to the Uruk that resides in the Vale just beyond the forest, who's name we will not say. If you feel for some reason you should be given privilege to vote, leave a note bellow and we shall consider it. Otherwise, votes not in accordance to the laid out terms will be terminated.
